KASHRUT GUIDELINES
** The shul kitchen will not be used, so please contact Rabbi Mark or Linda Zimmerman with any Kashrut questions. As a general rule, please follow these guidelines: Only bring things made with kosher ingredients. If you are using a store bought sauce please make sure it either has a kosher symbol on the label or your dish contains only kosher ingredients. Also, please plan on using new disposable foil pans or plastic bowls. If you do not keep a kosher home, hot items require special care and should be prepared in either a new pot or disposable foil pan. Consider it a great opportunity to learn more about kashrut! We will provide the serving pieces and will set up the sterno trays for items that need to remain warm.
