At Beth Shalom, we believe in creating a vibrant, welcoming space for our youngest members to grow, connect, and embrace the joy of Shabbat. Whether your child is part of our Religious School, a Day School student, or visiting for the first time, they’ll find a place to belong in our Youth Services.

Junior Congregation
- For students in grades 3-6
- Meets at 11am in the Chapel when school is in session
- Students lead parts of the Shabbat morning service, learn about what the meanings of the prayers, and play a game related to the weekly Torah portion.
- Parents are always welcome, or children can join their parents at the end of the service.
Mini Minyan
- For students in grades K-2
- Meets weekly at 11am in the preschool wing when school is in session.
- Students learn the basics of the Shabbat morning service as well as the weekly Torah portion and holidays. There is singing, games, and stories each week.
- Parents are always welcome, or children can join their parents at the end of the service.
Tot Shabbat
- For children ages birth - four years old
- Meets weekly at 11am on the preschool playground when school is in session. In inclement weather we meet in a preschool classroom.
- For parents and children to enjoy together.
- There are stories, games, songs, snacks, and some free-play. It is a wonderful time for the parents to socialize, as well!
